The system supports interfacing with PLCs via the Siemens S7, OPC-UA and MODBUS protocols, providing control through CNC or PLC. Thanks to the edge device and the VPN, it enables remote maintenance, remote diagnostics and integration with other equipment. The Anooby web portal, built on Odoo, offers an intuitive interface. A built-in alarm system ensures continuous monitoring and workplace safety.
SECURITY
The web portal is only accessible via HTTPS,
meaning that communication between a web browser
and the portal is encrypted and secure.
The cybersecurity of the edge device is ensured by installing easily updatable Linux systems with a firewall,
accessible exclusively through a VPN (WireGuard).
Devices are also isolated from one another: there is no way to reach one customer’s network from another customer’s network.

The database is designed to handle time series and is optimised for large volumes of data, ensuring high performance and scalability. Thanks to its advanced design, queries and data extractions generally return in under a second, providing fast and efficient access to data. Anooby is built entirely on Linux and open-source tools, so any future developments are easy to carry out.

The system can connect to external tools, such as Business Intelligence software, through RESTful APIs. Anooby does not rely on closed,
proprietary technologies, and there is no tie to the original supplier. Once installed, you can train your own in-house staff to manage Anooby and develop it further.
TURNKEY
The system supports the main industrial protocols, ensuring a quick installation. Configuration is done online through the Anooby portal, with a simple process that involves flashing an SD card or running a few commands. When powered on, the edge device (industrial PC or Raspberry Pi) automatically connects to the VPN and starts collecting data with no human intervention. No advanced IT skills are required for configuration.
