Antonio Mignolli

I am a Computer Engineer, an advocate of open source and of ethics at work, with solid experience in designing and developing software solutions and in managing Linux systems. As a system administrator at TIM – Telecom Italia, and more recently during two years at Borsa Italiana, I developed the skills needed to ensure service continuity in mission-critical environments. During my time at TIM, coordinating a team, I gained experience in supervising working groups and in system design. As a full-stack web developer I honed my skills in designing complex web applications, covering the operating environment and database management as well as the software itself, both backend and frontend, at companies such as AFV – Acciaierie Beltrame, Didotech and Energy SPA.
In recent years, after working with various languages and frameworks, I have focused on the Python ecosystem, for its remarkable development speed and its vast range of applications and libraries.
I am interested in cybersecurity, and in 2026 I earned INE’s eWPTX (Web Application Penetration Tester eXtreme) certification.

I am a Digital Innovation Manager with solid experience in guiding companies through their digital transformation. Thanks to my background in telecommunications engineering and a master’s degree in innovation and project management, I have developed in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices. As CEO of Didotech and President of Odoo Italia, I have gained extensive experience in IT consulting and in promoting open-source solutions such as Odoo. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions that increase companies’ productivity and competitiveness.
